Ideally, advertisers should supply their adverts as artwork, preferably in pdf format, scaled to the dimensions specified below, to our Advertising Administrator, well in advance of the copy deadline which is shown on the right centre page of every issue. If necessary, we may be able to assist with advert production or revision.

Charges for publication of adverts, correct as of January 2025, are given below. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque (for amounts over £30 only please), payable to The Old Mail CIC, but preferably by bank transfer to THE OLD MAIL CIC; Sort code: 77-21-09; Account No. 16709860. Please make clear the name of the company, organisation or individual from whom every payment comes. We allow discounts of 10% for 10 issues, 5% for 5 issues, when paid in advance. New advertisers may claim an introductory discount, best described as ‘Buy 2, get 3rd at half price’. Payment is expected within one week of the copy deadline.  

We encourage advertisers to provide artwork in colour, for viewing online, but it is important that greyscale rendition retains sufficient contrast for black and white printing.
