Advice on Provision of Copy for Publication
Contributions should, if possible, be supplied by email as electronic, word processor-readable files to the appropriate village editor. Items of relevance to all three villages for inclusion in our Community Section, should be sent to Gill Webb, the Potterspury editor. Reports should be submitted by the copy deadline shown on the right centre page of every issue. Contributors should make every attempt to ensure that the details provided are correct, not normally submit more than 500 words and may include suitable pictures for inclusion at the editor’s discretion. Note that editors may edit contributions to improve the grammar, eliminate typos, avoid repetition, and adapt the layout to make best use of available space. Contributors must always provide their name and contact details, which will be appended to the item unless explicit instruction is given that these details are to be withheld.
